3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was wrongly removed or disabled due to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA Agent. The counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.

  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its location before removal.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.

  4. Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email.

  5. Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your jurisdiction and consent to accept service of process from the claimant who submitted the original DMCA notice.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Soojz may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the original claimant files a legal action seeking to restrain your use of the content.

4. Repeat Infringers

Soojz respects the intellectual property rights of others and may terminate accounts or access for users who repeatedly infringe copyright.

Repeated infringers may be blocked from using the Sites and reported to appropriate authorities.

5. No Legal Advice
